This year I had the pleasure of shooting the official and ceremonial starts of the Iditarod for the Reuters new agency. It’s a great event for a photographer with a motley collection of some of Alaska’s best characters, but the dogs always steal the show. Here’s a quick edit of some of this year’s star athletes.
